I first became interested in governance as a field of learning when I took up the position of in-house counsel and company secretary at the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
Since then I have taught governance across NSW for the National Disability Service to disability service providers Assisted organisations with AGMs, constitutions, changing legal structures, and other documents.
Coached Boards and CEOs on governance and forming strong teams for good decision making.
My interest and commitment to helping organisations only grew stronger when leaving behind legal practice for an MBA and leadership roles.
This page is UNDER CONSTRUCTION!
In the coming days I will be adding more useful links on governance.
In the meantime I wanted to have a few links to recent governance articles that I have written and the CONVERSATION STARTERS for new boards.
Sign up to hear from me as more articles and resources get added.
